Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation of a session must be made AT LEAST 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time in order to receive a make-up session (for definition of a make-up session, please see below). 2. No shows or failure to notify the Gökçe within 24 hours is considered a forfeited session. 3. No more than 2 cancellations per set of 4 sessions. 4. If you know of dates ahead of time where you/your child cannot make a session, please notify Gökçe when booking and/or paying for your sessions. 5. There are NO REFUNDS on unused or cancelled sessions. 6. Should you choose to take a break, unused sessions can be banked for you for a period of 3 months. Unused sessions after that time will be considered forfeited. 7. Should you decide to stop taking sessions, please give 2 sessions notice. MAKE UP SESSIONS 1. Any sessions cancelled at least 24 hours ahead of the scheduled session will receive a make-up session at a time convenient to both Gökçe and the client. 2. Make-up sessions not used after 3 months will be considered forfeited.   PAYMENTS 1. All session fees are due in advance of the 1st session. Should you continue with your sessions, all fees are due prior to the 1st session in the next pack. 2. If payment is not made by your 1st session, your session time will be opened up for other clients. 3. There are NO REFUNDS on unused or cancelled sessions.   HOLIDAYS AND SCHOOL BREAKS Exceptions will be made with respect to school breaks, Christmas, Religious and Bank Holidays. Please advise Gökçe as soon as you know you will have to miss a session due to these aforementioned breaks.  WHEN GÖKÇE CANCELS In most cases, Gökçe will offer a makeup session when she needs to cancel a session in advance. If it is not possible to agree on a convenient time for both Gökçe and the client, we will skip over that weeks session and resume the following week.  All payments will be pushed forward to compensate for the missed session.
